1. Hydrate Yourself

During these hours, your skin, eyes, freckles, and hair when exposed are at risk. You can also wear a hat and shades to protect your face from the sun rays if you need to go out. Summer is a great season for everyone. There are lots of parties and fun activities during the summer season. But lack of sleep can increase the level of stress and other problems, which can affect your skin negatively. It’s also makes you tired and cause acne. Try to get up to seven to eight hours of sleep a day.
